Use of the UK Music Supplies Website
All products are sold subject to the terms and conditions listed here. Please read them carefully before using the website. By using the UK Music Supplies Website you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Description of goods
Uk Music supplies have made every effort to display the products featured as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of the colour, texture or detail of the good will be exactly the same as the actual product.
We try to ensure that prices are up to date and accurate but very occasionally an error may occur. If this should happen, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the goods at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. We will not accept an order if there is a pricing error.
Guarantees, cancellation & Returns Policy
You can purchase from UK Music Supplies with complete confidence and peace of mind.
You are entitled to cancel your order you have placed. You may exercise your right up to 24 hours, starting from the day after the goods were received. If you cancel an order after the goods have been delivered you must send them back at your own cost or you will be charged the actual cost of collecting them. The goods must still be in as new condition and in original undamaged packaging.
as an extension to our standard money back guarantee, for your convenience we will offer an exchange or credit note if you wish to return goods.
All UK Music supplies goods are supplied with a minimum of 1 year's warranty. If your goods develop a fault within the warranty period, UK Music supplies will quickly repair or replace the item for you, and if we are unable to do this we will offer you a refund.
In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged during transit to you and there is visible damage to your package. You must sign the delivery note as damage goods with a brief explanation of the damage discovered. Please inform UK Music supplies customer service team within 24 hours of receipt and we will quickly replace the item for you free of charge.
Delivery of Goods
The vast majority of orders within mainland UK are delivered free on a next day service free of charge. Delivery can be expected within 4 working days within the UK mainland. UK Music supplies will send you an email (or SMS text if you prefer) to confirm when an order leaves our warehouse. If for any reason your order is not dispatched we will send you an email or SMS text with a revised delivery date.
Please note, delivery to certain UK postcodes (generally remote areas, offshore destinations and Northern Ireland) Need to be quoted by e-mail or by contacting the UK Music supplies customer service team. If you purchase from the UK music supplies website and live in a remote postcode area or Northern Ireland UK Music Supplies reserve the right to contact the buyer with details of shipping and delivery costs/details.
Additional delivery costs and times may be quoted for countries outside the UK mainland including Northern Ireland, Eire, Europe and other International destinations.
UK Music supplies will not deliver to any alternative address because of fraud. Only to the same address as any debit or credit card you intend to use. We may reject orders when according to our security checks, the address you have provided does not match the card holders.
Warranty
All goods are covered by a manufacturers warranty against faulty workmanship and materials, subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty. The manufacturers warranty is provided in addition to your consumer rights and do not affect your statutory rights.
Waiver
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
